Who is responsible

What we collect

When you submit the enquiry form we collect the information you enter: your name, company, email address, telephone number, the service area you select, an optional budget range and your message.

We do not use advertising or profiling cookies on this website. No analytics or marketing tracking scripts are loaded.

Why we use it

Enquiry data is used only to respond to your request and, where relevant, to prepare a proposal. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in responding to a business enquiry you initiated, and the performance of a contract where one follows.

Retention

Enquiry correspondence is kept for as long as needed to handle the request and to meet legal and accounting obligations that apply to any resulting contract. It is then deleted.

Sharing

We do not sell personal data. Data may be processed by service providers that host our systems and email, acting on our instructions and bound by contract. A current list of those processors will be published here once confirmed.

Your rights

You have the right to request access to your personal data, correction, deletion, restriction of processing, portability, and to object to processing based on legitimate interest. Contact us by telephone to exercise any of these rights.
